It is a pleasure for me to write that I received an outstanding service from Absolute!
I am not the best with computers, but I was guided step by step and received my documents unbelievably fast!
I needed documents for court very last minute and many of the other companies I tried were much more expensive and could not guarantee it would be ready in time.
The documents I held were very poor copies and I was amazed at the accuracy of the translation considering the quality of the oridginals I provided.

Hi please note feedback for Mr Sardar Hussein Kurdish Interpreter who attended the arranged interview today. Mr Sardar arrived in early allowing plenty of time to be prepared before the interview commenced.
He conducted himself very professionally and was very knowledgeable of tape recorded interviewing under PACE.
He appeared to interpret everything word for word.

We have been using the services of Absolute at Langdale Ward for sometime and have always found them to be most reliable. Often we need the services of an interpreter at short notice i.e. a couple of hours and this has never been a problem with Absolute as with some other agencies.
Booking staff is very simple and straight forward and we always get a phone call on the same day as booking to confirm that an interpreter has been booked.
