Accredited for providing world class language services globallyISO Accreditations

The ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is an international regulatory body that sets international standards for businesses who intend to operate across borders. Such accreditations are largely recognised as qualifiers for the world stage in almost all professional sectors. Given our pride in our global outlook, we are proud to announce that we have, so far, received 3 ISO accreditations.

ISO 17100

This certification highlights how we possess the requirements for the core processes, resources, and other aspects necessary for the delivery of a quality translation service that meets applicable specifications.

It demonstrates our capability to deliver a translation service that will meet the client's and other applicable specifications.

ISO 9001

Defines how we have risen to the standard for a quality management systems. To achieve this certification we had to prove that we are consistently excellent in everything we do, and that we have procedures in place to prevent clients from ever slipping through the cracks.

ISO 27001

This certification outlines how we have taken sufficient precaution in terms of our cyber security frameworks, ensuring that all sensitive data are handled carefully through secure channels. This accentuates how both our clients and our employees can take comfort in the knowledge that their data is kept safe and secure.

Professional Registration & Membership

We take pride in our associations with establishments dedicated to providing professional language services.

As with any professional sector, language service providers have various professional networks dedicated to ensuring that organisations who provide related services are to the highest standard, are accredited and are filtered out from the rest.

We are proud to belong to an array of associations, thereby maintaining the reputation of the language service industry as an industry that is dedicated to quality. Associations that we are members of, include:

The ATC (Association of Translation Companies):

We are a registered and accredited member of the ATC. The ATC is a UK based professional network founded with the ambition of ensuring the quality of language services in the UK remains exceptional. They accomplished this by setting strict membership perquisites on the standards at which language services are provided, including certain ISO accreditations.

EU ATC (European Union of Associations of Translation Companies)

By extension of being a member of the ATC, we are also a member of the EU ATC, which is the union of language service providers in Europe, in which the UK is represented through the ATC.

Data Protection Register 1998 / 2018

We are a member of the government Data Protection register. The Data Protection Register is a register of companies who work with large amounts of sensitive data. The register functions as a safety mechanism by accrediting firms and institutions which handled the data they collect safely for the benefit and confidence of clients and employees.
